Mocha Moose Coffee & Gift Shop in Two Harbors

Absolutely loved it! The menu may seem small but anything you have is absolutely delicious. Me and my dad split a chicken salad sandwich and garden moose salad they were wonderful and they use paper straws and plant fiber to go boxes which is awesome and I believe most of there veggies come from there garden which is super awesome, and their drinks were really good I had a Mayan mocha is has a little kick maybe but it's not spicy at all and it was so good 10/10 place would 100% go again. I love coming to places like the mocha moose cafe cause you feel good about what you are eating both ethically and physically its healthy and pretty sustainable which I fully support:)

Wonderful food choices and the staff is gracious.

Stopped with my wife on a drive up the lake. We where out for the weekend and not in a hurry. The coffee was great. The art in the cafe was interesting and varied from local artist. I would have one piece of feedback. One of the employees was not friendly at the start of the conversation. I am not sure why. After being friendly with him for a couple minutes and tipping well his communication improved slightly. On the whole, great place to patron.

Loved this place so much we made sure to come back at the end of our trip! I totally recommend the signature scone sandwich! My husband thought it looked weird the first time, but one bite and he wished he had ordered it too (he got it the second time!). Coffee is great, lots of cute outdoors seating spaces either in front or by the little garden. Super safe practices, masks required to enter or you can pick up curbside if you don’t want to or can’t wear masks. Sanitizer available, staff wears masks.

Even though COVID-19 restrictions were in place and they had to have felt a big impact along the North Shore, this little place was still open for business and following all the recommended precautions. I wish I was a food critic and restaurant reviewer because the food was AMAZING from taste to appearance. So many little details that were just part of their way really amazed me. I highly recommend it and will stop again each time through.

Great little spot! Good service. Ordered a salmon cream cheese bagel and was pleasantly surprised to get real salmon and greens. Delicious and a good value. Will definitely stop again on or next trip through.

North shore hidden gem. Lovely, slightly quirky atmosphere. The Thai cold press is on the ethereal side. Love the art work on display and the staff have always been very friendly.

Great coffee shop with lots of yummy bakery items (including some vegan). Although coffee shops are popping up everywhere in the more remote areas of MN, this one is slightly off the beaten track (i.e., Hwy 61), and we're glad they're there! Thank you!

Great little coffee shop. The staff was very friendly and gave some nice suggestions for activities in the area. A good variety of lighter breakfast options including vegetarian/vegan options.

Sort of out of the way place of you are not familiar with the area. Enjoyed my drink though.

The perfect place to stop after a long weekend of camping to get some much needed caffeine and sugar :) we had a chocolate chip cookie and a ginger molasses and they were both absolutely delicious! Both of our drinks (Iced latte and a light house) were perfect and we will definitely be making Mocha Moose a regular stop during all of our weekends up north. Service was very quick, and so friendly-This place is a hidden gem- we are looking forward to having lunch next time!

This is the cutest little coffee shop I’ve ever been too! Such a great atmosphere and amazing beverages. A very unique experience. They also rent out part of it on AirBnB! If you’re in the area, go check this place out. I’m so happy I did. (Tip; order the Superior Fog, their take on a London Fog. It’s delicious!)

Love the place and owners. Always great food and coffee. Their sandwiches are always very creative and different, not the norm, and they are fantastic. And their ginger cookies are the best around.

The specialty coffees are complex and not overly sweet. The baked goods are equally good.

Really enjoyed the breve and had a great turkey sandwich! Husband had coffee and biscuits and gravy, also really tasty. Atmosphere was great, staff was friendly and kind, a couple of old pals were jamming on the piano, guitar and sax. Great place to feel cozy and welcome!

This quaint and fabulous coffee shop is just south of Two Harbors on Minnesota's North Shore. I discovered it accidentally 4 years ago on my first trip up here. Every year I come back hoping for their award-worthy chicken & wild rice soup. Last time I was there she didn't have it, but told me if I gave them a bit of warning she'd make it. Sure enough! They are the nicest women and make delicious food, homemade soups, and coffee!

Great coffee. Friendly, local owner. They have fun things happening like art classes.

Handmade coffee drinks & bakery. Some hot small meal type offerings all at market prices. Lots of beautiful artwork, paintings & photos grace the walls & a counter. All for sale. Most by local artists. Outside seating is available amongst cottage style garden boxes & potted flowers. A nice spot to refresh.

So much charm. Excellent desserts, drinks and staff. A must stop!

Pretty decent coffee shop on the road from Duluth to Grand Portage. I wish I could have stayed longer as the place looked cute but I was anxious to get moving. I had a mocha which was good. The people were friendly.

Up north hummus sandwich was delicious! Fantasic hummus. Loved the smoked salmon bagel cream cheese. Easy phone order placed and brought outside when it was ready. Qaint atmosphere appreciated.

Amazing Blueberry Scones!

Quaint little establishment. Lots of local art on display / for sale. Live jazz guitarist on site today, and he was really talented. My coffee was good, my daughter's so so. Nice place to stop between Two Harbors and Duluth.

High quality coffee and company behind the counter. Eclectic, well put together locale if you're out for a drive or just need to pause for a pit stop. Excellent location just outside of and away from everything that's just too busy.

What a GEM! Ended up there 5 times over our long weekend and 6 meals (4 breakfasts and 2 lunches). Everything was amazing - food very high quality and all fresh/made to order with a quality menu of great options. Coffee options, baked goods and even a choice of wines/beers. The Mocha Moose will be a must-stop any time we head to the North Shore going forward. Also they have a good COVID-19 plan (masks, distancing, port-a-potty outside) and plenty of tables outside to eat or enjoy coffee in the garden - all appreciated.

All the employees were delightful and very friendly with everyone! You can tell by their service and how they talk about their coffee, that they are proud and love what they do. They make sure they prepare your drink to ensure you like it! My espresso drink was delicious, and the perfect temperature to drink. They make delicious vegan baked goods and offer a variety of entertainment for customers. Will go out of my way to return for coffee whenever I travel the north shore. Also, very willing to suggest a variety of nearby sightseeing activities!!

This little coffee shop is in a perfect location to view Lake Superior! The food was average, but the drinks and environment made up for it!
